Last Sunday meet up with Jo Ee and Firbie at One Utama.
Quite long time have not met up with them.
Its great to catch up with them and hangout.
Lunch was at Fish & Co.
Had this Pomodoro Mushroom Spaghetti, which is just average.

We then went for a movie, The Roommate.
It suppose to be 18 above to be able to watch, but we manage to get it. :D
The movie was really sick, not scary, but SICK!
Starring Leighton Meester who acts as a psychotic girl and very obssessive with her new room mate.
There's few scene that really sick, like she pulling off another girl's belly piercing. -_-*

Managed to get David Choi's upcoming gig's passes in Bentley's Auditorium somewhere around The Curve @Hard Rock Corner with Jo Ee.
Yup, he's the guy who also appears in the short play of "Strangers, Again" by Wong Fu Production as the one who's playing the video games.
Tickets were selling out fast.
Wanted to get the front seat price but sold out.
No choice but to get the second range one.
Would be going with Jo Ee and Daniel.
Super excited to see David Choi. Xx

And yesterdaaay!

Us, me, Ying Xing, Ai Leng, Cai Ling, Ming Sung, Rikhai, Zhao Yang, and Zhen Hooi went for food hunting at Malacca!
It was my first time driving long journey, thank God everyone get home safe yesterday itself lol.
Kinda good experience as well, quite tiring though.
Morning, the road to Malacca was niceee, not much of cars.
Managed to reached there in less than 2 hours.
Rikhai lead as I'm not really familiar with the roads to the town.

Our first stop was the famous Hainanese chicken rice balls at Jonker Street there.
Its just a small shop at one corner at the beginning of Jonker Wall.
The shop, basically people have to line up to eat.
The line were crazy! People even bring umbrella. O:
Indeed the chicken rice is really good.
The chicken especially, very very sweet! Very succulent!
And the rice is nice too, although it's smaller than a ping pong ball.
One person were served with only 5 small chicken rice balls.
Now that I know where to eat for chicken rice ball.
The last trip I came down with my family we went to another one which is lousy and expensive.
This shop, definitely way much nicer than the Muar town one I usually eat at.

Look at the line!

Second stop of food of the day was Cendol.
The one we went one is Jonker 88, the shop name.
Its just along the Jonker Walk too, somewhere in the middle
Its like a must to eat when you're in Malacca town because one of the main ingredient in it is best to get from Malacca, the "Gula Melaka".
Its a ice based dessert, with some green colour jelly thing, that is the "Cendol", red beans and sometimes with corn and "Cincau" if in KL, coconut milk and also the "Gula Melaka".
Certainly different from KL's "Cendol".
Our stomachs were all full enough that can't longer take anything in any more.
Walked along the Jonker Walk to digest our stomach first.
Bought back a box of the pineapple tarts from a shop, looks yummy.
Me, Ying Xing, Cai Ling and Ming sung bought a furry slipper to wear it to class.
Its only MYR10, and its so furry! x)

After about an hour of walk, time for 3rd stop for Pork Satay!
Never tried before this, and it was not bad!
The serving and everything is quite similar to the normal "Satay" but this is made of pork.
Usually is made of either beef or chicken.
Its located at another place further a little bit from Jonker Walk, which I don't know where too.
Although the smell is a little strong as in the pork kind, but dipping it with the gravy would cover up the smell.

Pork Satay!

The last food that we planned to eat is the "Satay Celup".
I've never eat this before but wanted to tried it since I've heard many feedbacks that its good.
Its like the normal "Lok Lok" steamboat that usually a lorry would sell one but this we dip inside the "Satay" gravy.
Is eaten with seafood like fishball, meatballs, vegetables, prawn, cuttlefish, and etc in a stick.
Sadly, "Satay Celup" only start selling in the evening.
We had so many hours before the "Satay Celup" shop opens, so we went to Dataran Merdeka to catch a movie first.
Watched Thor again.
Haha, got no choice cause all of them wanted to watch it.
I went in for the sake of the air cond. :p
The movie ends just in time for "Satay Celup".
Right away we head there.
The one we went was Capitol "Satay Celup", the most happening shop at Bukit Cina there.
I think its just few roads away from Jonker Walk.
The shop opens at 5pm and people are all lining up outside shop already!
After about roughly 30 minutes we got our seats, hooray!
Each stick cost 80 cents, and I think its quite worth it.
The lady would come about one hour once to put some ingredients in the gravy, which is the crunched peanuts and other stuffs.
And quite a lot of it.
Its very very messy when eating this as the gravy would drip everywhere.

Satay Celup! :D

When we were almost done and time to head home, it rains heavily. ><
No choice but us, Rikhai and me gotta drive to the shop to pick up the rest.
Thanks to Ming Sung's jacket saved me from the rain and Ying Xing to accompany me lol.
As I ran back to the car I realized I never turn off the headlights.
Lucky that the car still can move and its only on the lowest headlight.
Jam were expected, but its too bad that the crawl from Pedas Linggi till Seremban and its raining heavily.
Reached Subang Jaya at 10.30pm which is about 3 hours drive.
Had a break at Makbul USJ9 before heading back home and sending them to college back.
Was dead drop when reached home!
Had a great day at Malacca!
Definitely wants to go back there again but not me driving again.
Pffft.. :p
